KIXO TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the KIXO mobile application (“App”) and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use KIXO.
KIXO is operated by KIXO Gaming Limited, a company registered in Accra, Ghana, located at No. 1 Okukuseku Street, Asylum Down, Accra, Ghana.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To use KIXO, you must:
– Be at least 18 years of age
– Be a legal resident of Ghana or other supported African countries
– Have a valid Ghana Card or national identification
– Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
– Not be prohibited from gaming activities under applicable laws
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
3.1 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.3 You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.4 Each person may only maintain one KIXO account.
3.5 We reserve the right to verify your identity through Ghana Card verification or other means.
4. GAMING CHALLENGES & WAGERS
4.1 **Challenge Creation**: Users may create challenges with wagers ranging from ₵10 to ₵10,000.
4.2 **Platform Fee**: KIXO charges a 10% commission on all completed challenges.
4.3 **Escrow System**: All wagered funds are held in escrow until challenge completion.
4.4 **Match Verification**: Winners must provide proof of victory (screenshots/video).
4.5 **Dispute Resolution**: Disputed matches will be reviewed within 48 hours.
4.6 **Automatic Confirmation**: Matches auto-confirm after 24 hours if no dispute is raised.
5. WALLET & PAYMENTS
5.1 **Deposits**: Minimum deposit is ₵10. Maximum single deposit is ₵10,000.
5.2 **Withdrawals**: Minimum withdrawal is ₵20. Processing time is 1-24 hours.
5.3 **Payment Methods**: We support mobile money (MTN, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo) and bank transfers.
5.4 **Currency**: Primary currency is Ghana Cedi (GHS). USD and NGN supported for international users.
5.5 **Verification**: Withdrawals above ₵1,000 may require additional verification.
6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree NOT to:
– Use KIXO for any illegal purposes
– Create multiple accounts
– Manipulate match results or engage in match-fixing
– Use automated systems or bots
– Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
– Attempt to hack or compromise our systems
– Share your account with others
– Engage in money laundering or fraud
– Use VPNs to bypass geographical restrictions
7. SPECTATOR BETTING
7.1 Users may place bets on ongoing matches as spectators.
7.2 Minimum spectator bet is ₵5.
7.3 Winners receive proportional payouts minus 5% winner bonus.
7.4 Bets cannot be cancelled once placed.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 KIXO and its logos are trademarks of KIXO Gaming Limited.
8.2 Users retain rights to their uploaded content but grant us license to use it.
8.3 FIFA, PlayStation, Xbox, and other game names are properties of their respective owners.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KIXO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
– Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
– Loss of profits or gaming losses
– Technical failures or service interruptions
– Actions of other users
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the past 30 days.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold KIXO harmless from any claims arising from your:
– Violation of these Terms
– Violation of applicable laws
– Gaming activities on the platform
– Disputes with other users
11. TERMINATION
11.1 You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
11.2 We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11.3 Upon termination, you may withdraw remaining wallet balance minus any pending fees.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
